Product Inspection & Return Policy (Within 48 Hours)

We want every customer to have a smooth and satisfying experience. Please read our inspection and return guidelines carefully.

Product Inspection After Delivery

Once your parcel is delivered, please check your product immediately after making the payment.

During inspection, make sure that:

  1. All accessories are included. 
  2. The product is in proper working condition. 
  3. There is no damage or defect. 
  4. You have received the correct item. 

 

48-Hour Issue Reporting Window

If you find any problem, defect, missing part, or wrong item, you must inform us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Complaints made after 48 hours will not be accepted, as we cannot verify the condition of the product after this time.

Your order number.

Clear photos/videos of the product. 

A brief description of the issue.

Products that are used, damaged after use, or reported after 48 hours are not eligible for return or replacement.

If the customer does not check the product on time after delivery, the brand cannot be held responsible for late claims.
